NEW: Strains from the WHO Priority List

Enterococcus faecium (DSM 17050)

The World Health Organization (WHO) priority list contains a catalogue of 12 families of bacteria that pose the greatest threat to human health and was intended to guide and promote research and development (R&D) of new antibiotics. Therefore, it is useful for all scientists working on the discovery, research, and development of new antibiotics.

The DSMZ offers representative strains for all groups, for a detailed list click here.
