Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.3-0.5 x 106 cells/ml; first week after thawing cultivate in 24-well-plate, initially cells grow slowly and with a reduced viability; later split saturated culture 1:3 to 1:5 every second day; maintain at ca. 0.5-1.0 x 106 cells/ml

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
