Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; optimal split ratio 1:2 to 1:5 every 2-3 days; to increase viability flasks may be coated with Matrigel (dilute 1:3 - 1:5 in Optimem, incubate for 2 hours at room temperature, then carefully remove excess medium and wash two times gently with PBS)
