Medium:
80% MEM (with Earle's salts) + 20% h.i. FBS + 2 mM L-glutamine + non-essential amino acids
Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask; split confluent culture 1:2 to 1:4 once a week using trypsin/EDTA
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 120 hours
