Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask; split confluent culture 1:3 to 1:4 once a week using trypsin/EDTA for 5 minutes
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 72 hours
