Origin:

established in 2016 from a cervical lymph node of a 64-year-old woman with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (GCB type, stage IIIA) that was transformed from an earlier diagnosed follicular lymphoma. Patient also had a history of breast cancer. Cells are described to exhibit a complex karyotype including BCL2 and MYC translocations (double-hit DLBCL).

at 37 °C with 5% CO₂
