The molecular and phenotypic data determined in the study by Yassin et al. 2015 indicate that DSM 19118 (=CCUG 47753) is not identical to the original type strain of Actinobaculum massiliense described by Greub and Raoult 2002 and that the strain should be assigned to Actinotignum schaalii (24131).
