Summary and
additional information:
additional information:
<- CCUG <- CIP <- C. Bibard. Until February 2015 preserved as the type strain of Actinobaculum massiliense. Human urine, 81-yr-old woman with cystitis; France, Marseille. Taxonomy/description (10621, 24131, 24186). The molecular and phenotypic data determined in the study by Yassin et al. 2015 indicate that DSM 19118 (=CCUG 47753) is not identical to the original type strain of Actinobaculum massiliense described by Greub and Raoult 2002 and that the strain should be assigned to Actinotignum schaalii (24131). (Medium 429b, 37°C, anaerobic or Medium 104, 37°C, anaerobic).
