Deposit Forms for Patent Purposes
In order to deposit a patent culture with the DSMZ, the culture must be accompanied by a completed deposit form. It is highly recommended to send the form as pdf beforehand. The signed original has to be sent to the DSMZ, either together with the organism or separately. The form for deposit must be submitted as pdf to the DSMZ together with information regarding delivery at least 72 hours before dispatch. The signed original has to be sent to the DSMZ, either together with the organism or separately.
Please note: An individual deposition form has to be used for each culture to be deposited.
