Subculture:
cells are difficult to culture! Seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/ml in a 24-well-plate; split saturated culture 1:2 or less once or twice a week; maintain at ca. 1.0-1.5 x 106 cells/ml; use always 24- or 12-well-plates

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
