Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml in a small vessel (a T25 flask or a 12/24-well-plate), maintain at 0.1-1.0 x 106 cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:4 every 2-4 days
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time:
ca. 48-60 hours
